File sharing is the sharing of any kind of digital media from one computer to another. P2P file sharing is referring to Peer TO Peer file sharing, usually between two users that are connected online. the most common content that is shared is electronic books, video games, multimedia (music, movies, video clips) and etc. This is done with the help of P2P client software which allows a computer to get connected to a P2P network. This technology enables P2P clients to upload and download files over the P2P network services. 
The article written by Wendy Kaufman talks about P2P loans, which allows customers to get lower interest rates for loans that they are getting from other private investors. "The system works like this: investors put up the money to fund the loans; typically they'll have pieces of hundreds, even thousands of loans which are ranked according to risk. An investor's rate of return will vary accordingly. This platform enables people to get loans with better interest rates and in case they are not approved by their bank, they have another option.

    Hi Ambar,

    After doing this assignment, I learned that reading an e-book is consider a P2P file sharing. Is wonderful to see how the P2P file sharing has evolve with years, It reminds me when, I was learning about networks and file sharing many years ago, that is why I got stuck with the idea of file sharing was only between computers or users. Not from downloading an e-book or music, videos, movies, etc. Guess sometimes one has to read a little bit more about technologies.

Blog v Wiki

Blogs are generally more subjective and are written from the authors perspective. The content that is usually shared on it is personal, verses Wikis that are a more formal version of a blog where everyone can edit it and add content to it. Therefore, both the information we get from Blogs and from Wikis is subjective and we don't know how reliable it is. These days Wikis can be more relevant because the information we have on almost any subject in the world is constantly changing and being able to edit that information helps keep it updated and relevant, for example- Wikipedia.  It is easy to collaborate with other people both using blogs and wikis because people can get involved, comment on posts, and contribute to the content.
